How to measure the output voltage of an Electronic Transformer
Since the design principle of the Electronic Transformer and traditional universal meter (multimeter) is totally difference, which makes the two products conflict to each other, the output voltage of Electronic Transformer can't be meassured by a traditional universal meter (multimeter). The only way to measure an Electronic Transformer is using an oscilloscope.
